Who we are
This site belongs to Elite Diesel Solutions, 225 Garmon Rd Ste K, Indian Trail, NC 28079, phone (980) 313-6059.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, your company, your phone number, what the truck needs, where the truck is, its make and year, whether there is an insurance claim, and on the fleet form, the size of your fleet.
- What the form carries with it: the page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, the time you sent it, and, if you came from an ad, the ad click identifiers and campaign tags in the link.
- Cookies: the site uses Google Analytics to see how visitors use it, and Google Ads conversion tracking to see which ads lead to calls and requests. Both set cookies in your browser.
- Phone calls: calls to the numbers shown on this site may pass through a call tracking service. It records the caller's number, the time of the call and the page that showed the number, and it may record the call.
What we use it for
- Calling you back about your request, and scheduling the work
- Keeping a record of your requests and the work done on your trucks
- Seeing which pages and ads bring requests, so the site and the advertising can be improved
Who can see it
Form requests are sent to the shop by email and kept in a spreadsheet that the shop and its marketing agency can see. Google receives the analytics and ad data described above, and the call tracking service receives the call details, so that those tools work. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it, by calling or emailing the shop at the details below. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser's settings.
Children
This site is for businesses and vehicle owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
